Answerix provides a mobile application that enables users to upload documents, extract key content, generate quizzes (single- and multiple-choice), and engage in learning activities. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Eligibility

Answerix is available to users of all ages. Since our app does not collect personal information or allow user-generated content sharing, there are no age restrictions. Users can only access and view their own uploaded documents and generated quizzes.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use Answerix in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload to your personal account.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content.
• All uploaded content remains private to your account and is not shared with other users.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in Answerix, including its trademarks, software, and user interface, are owned by us or our licensors. Content uploaded by users remains their property and is kept private to their account. By uploading content, you grant Answerix a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of generating quizzes and providing the service to you. Your content is not shared with other users or used for any other purposes.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

• No interference with or disruption of the services or networks connected to the services.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• No use of the services to collect or harvest personal data without consent.
• No uploading of malicious code, automated scraping, or abusive rate of requests.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, AI models). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

• We strive for reliability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answerix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or in connection with your use of the services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Answerix and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the service. You may stop using the services at any time. Upon termination, your uploaded content will be deleted from our servers.
